Out At Work

Everyone deserves the right to a job with dignity, free from discrimination because of who they love or who they are. Lambda Legal has been fighting for that right for years, working to make sure LGBT people and people living with HIV are protected against employment discrimination. We brought that fight to the doorstep of the Supreme Court, and they didn’t answer.

But the Supreme Court didn’t say “no,” they said “not yet.”
